Maxine Clark's cheesecake recipes are elegant and easy (relatively). She explains perfect crusts, oven baked cheesecakes, and super-easy refridgerator cakes. She also supplies topping sauce recipes. Unfortunately this isn't a great copy (despite the great photos), but the recipes are of the "cheesecake to die for" type.
