Bad torrent. Game installed fine but none of the services (fire, trash, cemetery, police, medical) work at all, causes my city to shit itself with complaints.

Works, unlike the Codex version which I just tried. 8 GB RAM, Win 7 SP1, all DirectX up to date. Installed, chose the auto-crack option, worked fine. Saved game, quit, reloaded, and was able to load it.
Kawaii-desu
Game works for me, but it seems like the resolution settings won't change when I select other options. Just me?
