1)install CUPS

2)booting up from RHEL4 AS/ES CD1

3)in promt select: linux rescue. (will be mounted as /mnt/sysimage)

4)moving into CUPS. chroot /mnt/sysimage

5)create new user (useradd sshuser)

6)passwd sshuser

7)leave chrooted env. (exit)

8)edit /mnt/sysimage/etc/sudoers add: sshuser ALL=(ALL) ALL

9)save file

10)leave rescue mode

11)booting up CUPS normal way - try connect using new user

12)copy licence into /usr/local/platform/jar

13)reboot

14)create .lic file with any text inside and loading it as licese

15)check License Report
