Though he has often been identified as a "white bluesman", he claims Native American heritage. Musselwhite was reportedly the inspiration for Dan Aykroyd's character in the Blues Brothers. Robben Ford Robben Ford in 2007 Wikipedia: Robben Ford (born December 16, 1951) is an American blues, jazz and rock guitarist. He was a member of the L.A. Louisiana Fog Artist: Charlie Musselwhite With Robben Ford Title: Louisiana Fog (1994 Reissue) Producer: Morey Alexander Release Date: 1968, 1994 Label: Blues Legends Catalog: BLS12212 Genre: Blues, Harmonica Blues, Electric Chicago Blues, Chicago Blues, Modern Electric Blues Duration: 29:58 AllMusic Review by Dan Forte: The first disappointment in the Musselwhite catalog, this hodgepodge of material and sidemen still has some standouts, especially Little Richard's R&B ballad "Directly from My Heart" -- which features the Ford brothers, Tim Kaihatsu and Clay Cotton (back in the lineup from the Stone Blues days). "Big Legged Woman" and "Takin' Care of Business" are respectable, but overall the album ranges from uneven to subpar. 01. Louisiana Fog (4:14) 02. Takin' Care of Business (2:20) 03.
