yeap ,but the cutscene will stutter like hell which i believe have to do with the ram amount ,am still searchin for a ram fix as i have 4gb rams.

Edit:
the solution for the stuttering was turning everything off in the game and uninstall my ati driver then install the latest beta ,fixed most of the problem ,but the cut-sense still with no solution.

for me that didn't work and it basically needed a dif/better "steam_api64.dll" other than the one in the dual-fix folder so i installed this update
