I got strong felling when the Spear man sings ”Columbus”… The Charruas Indians were the original native population of Uruguay, land of my birth, they were all exterminated by the Europeans when the plundered that little land in South America. The last fives Indians were send to France were they died a painful death. They where force to do inhuman task in a circus in France for the enjoying of the sick European public of that time…They finally died as a result of the tedious performances they were force to do.. I don’t know if the venue name has something to do with the name of the last Charrues Indians who died in France, but it is amazing similar…
Just a little piece of history you will never find in the history books..
