Il Mostro di Frankenstein inizia a nutrire dei sentimenti umani fin dall'inizio (cosa accennata già nel primo film), che si sviluppano gradualmente a seguito di una serie di incontri "di crescita" del personaggio; particolarmente significativa è la parte in compagnia del vecchio cieco, che aiuta la Creatura non solo sul piano dei sentimenti, facendogli carpire una idea vaga del bene e del male, ma anche a livello didattico, insegnandogli a parlare e a relazionarsi con gli altri. Ne deriva un forte desiderio di affetto e contatto umano che sarà alla base delle ambizioni di avere una moglie.......
