I downloaded an episode of this and 3 other Borgen season 1 torrents to compare them for A/V quality and English subs' readability.

This one's A/V isn't perfect on a 17" screen. Unless your screen's smaller than that, you might want to consider the following option (better A/V, w/ easy to read English subs, but slightly larger file sizes: 330 mb to 480 mb):
