Patching served no purpose as I received the same error message as others did. I just use the code generated and entered a random name and email address. It worked. I had boom previously for about 2 years and always updated it without any issues. But recently it said my license was invalid. This program is necessary for Macs. The sound is so low without it. If this happens again where it keeps saying my license is invalid I will probably just purchase the program because it is a must! Thanx again.

patching did not work, i generated the reg code and registered boom. Seems to work !

I did the exact same!

The keygen couldn't patch plist so I just copied the key and opened the Boom application and entered the copied key and entered a random name and an old email address that I new was actually registered.

Would probably work with a made up email too i guess..

Worked first time!

Hope this helps anyone with issues!

And the program is actually amazing! I'm actually going to buy the program because it is actually that good. Makes the bass sound so much less tinny!
