These are the two commentary tracks to P.T. Anderson's 1997 movie Boogie Nights. They're on MP3. You can sync 'm to the film, or just listen to them (if you know the film, you don't necessarily need to watch it simultaneously).

Track 1 is P.T. Anderson talking about the production process.
Track 2 is Anderson hanging out with the cast, commenting on scenes.
Both are a lot of fun, and very interesting.
