Description

One of the most famous bootlegs ever: The legendary Nashville sessions by Bob Dylan & Johnny Cash. Until now only two tracks were released officially: Track 1 on a Johnny Cash video entitled "Johnny Cash, The Man And His Music". Track 9 on Dylan's "Nashville Skyline" and various compilations, for example on the 4CD-Box-Set "Johnny Cash - The Legend" (2005). Unbelievable, that these amazing duets of Bob & Johnny were never released officially.

Thank you. This seems different from the stuff I've already got. I love this stuff, including the Cash, but I find it very, very easy to see why these performances haven't been released. At the time Bob said that if the recordings ever got out he & Johnny would have to do it again.This is a fly-on-the-wall hearing of tremendously loose and relaxed, often scrappy, music. With two wonderful voices!
