The third entry in the critically acclaimed BlazBlue franchise, BlazBlue
Continuum Shift Extend adds a number of game play modes, story scenarios,
new moves, and an all-new playable character to further enhance the
BlazBlue experience and solidify its status as one of the all-time great

Several years after the end of the Second War, multiple branches of the
Librarium reputed to command a force as powerful as an entire nation's
army were suddenly and utterly destroyed. Inexplicably, the hidden
cauldrons within each branch were also completely decimated. The few
survivors spoke in hushed, shaken tones of a single man who had
appeared out of nowhere, cutting down all in his path

I can't get this work, it crash before i even get to main menu! Can anyone know how to fix this?

From one of my comments: "But like said, I ran the game twice at one time in admin, and let it sit on the menu for a good 10 secs (The one that did not crash). This fixed my problem, and you just close the other one out. Weird how it does this, but nether the less, working."

Never mind i fix it, i did the one with the movie copy/paste thing like the guys below me said but i still got the crash until i open those 2 movies openings with my player and somehow now works.

I managed to change the language to japanese by:

Go to:
C:Program Files (x86)BlazBlue Continuum Shift ExtenddataSound

reverse rename both folder:
Voice -> Voice_eng
Voice_eng -> Voice
Cakecicle
Rename the Movie folders and the Voice folders in the Story folder for story mode.

You can also change the resolution by changing it in the DisplaySetting.cfg(MyDocs/ASW/BBCSE/Config) for people that uses resolutions not in the in-game menu like 1360x768.

So, this is working for everyone else? I get the game running for 5 seconds before it tells me "BBCSE has stopped working". Tried to spam enter to get to menu, but it does the same once I get on there. Running as Admin, Compatibility, Changing Sound, and so on has done nothing. Really weird how it does this. Pretty sure I reach well over the specs it askes for:

Manage to fix this somehow. Must set the game to run Admin and have to keep starting up 2 or 3 of the games at one time until one gets it. Sometimes the saving fails, so I got to keep trying until it gets it. Meh. Wonder what's causing this. Other than doing that, it now plays perfectly so far. :)

Updated your Direct X and .Net redistributable, located in the folders within the installation directory.

I've tried that as well. There all up to date, and hell, I re installed them just in case. I get a "InitRenderer" error sometimes when doing the trick I mention, but it only pops up when doing that.
