Here's his original notes that came with the download: I stole these reels from a radio station vault in southern Illinois that I had access to back in college. I did the transfers with a Teac A-2340R reel machine straight to my Phillips CD burner. I have no information on the actual show dates, the reels only came marked with the broadcast dates, which I have included. The 1977 reel had a cue sheet, which I scanned and included as well. The sound quality on these is incredible. This is the best Black Sabbath stuff that I have not seen in circulation. Enjoy... First four songs were recorded on 8 December 1976 and broadcast on 16 January 1977, while the latter tracks were recorded on 2 September 1978 and broadcast on 17 September 1978. The recordings took place at the Civic Arena in Pittsburgh for the "British Biscuit" series. *NOTES* Must say that Joey was a touch exaggerating when he stated that this is "the best Black Sabbath stuff that I have not seen in circulation". The sound quality on the second reel (last 5 tracks) is top notch, while the sound on the first reel is of a more dubious quality -certainly for a Pre-FM recording- but still above par. Both sets were also done in mono. I haven't touched the FLACs since I downloaded them in October 2007 from TapeCity, except for filling out the tags.
