Release Group Notes:
We commend flash cart makers on attempting to support eShop ROMs, but the job is
only half done. Some eShop games need to be patched in order to work as a ROM.
Our last three eShop releases fortunately didn't need patching, however this one does.
Patch those NCSD/NCCH Sig Checks and load in your flashcarts.

This isn't working on Gateway Omega 2.1 Flashcart.
Gateway needs to update their Launcher.dat so it
patches the NCSD/NCCH sigchecks. This won't work
until a new launcher.dat update for Gateway is released.
