Bikinis and Mud Baths in Columbia and Florida

In Panama City beach, Florida, it's all about the comfort food. Chef
Dee is a local serving up culinary creations from his hometown, with
a Louisiana twist. First up is the classic po-boy sub, and it's not
a real southern treat if it's not fried. Southern isn't the only
thing on this menu. Chow down on some Latin styled churrasco made
with skirt steak and with a tangy flair. Massive meals are the only
way to eat, in the party paradise of Panama City beach, Florida.
Luisa is a local trying her hand at extreme flyboarding over the
Caribbean waves, and it's not so easy. The flyboard's 180-horse
power takes some getting used to. After many falls into the water,
persistence pays off and Luisa gets in a couple of great runs.
