I was able to watch this on PC and it was great quality. It was terrible on the TV. Audio was very distorted. I can't vote for this reason.

The issue with the rendering was mentioned in the description, Big Brother is 4:3 I am normally rendering 720P videos so the preset is automatic cropping to remove the bottom and top line. However, since this was 4:3 it attempted to remove the sides and that is why this cropping error occurred.
