This is a videoed lecture by William Cooper, who worked in United States Naval Military Intelligence for a long time before a stint in the CIA. During his time in these positions, and after while he worked in related private sector fields, he was given access to a large set of information regarding classified activities, agendas, and other fields of information that are commonly regarded as tinfoil hat theories proposed by conspiracy theorists.
