This time 12 months ago, Australia were celebrating their first winner of the Masters when Adam Scott beat former champion Angel Cabrera in a sudden-death play-off. The Masters haven't had a back-to-back winner since Tiger Woods in 2001 and 2002, but could it be Scott's compatriot Jason Day who spoils his title defence? Day has been in good form in 2014 and has impressive Masters pedigree. He finished third behind Scott and Cabrera last year and also has a second-place finish to his name from 2011. Rory McIlroy is a two-time major winner and looks to have put a tricky 2013 season behind him so far this year. However, the Northern Irishman has painful memories of Augusta National; he had a four-shot lead heading into the final round in 2011 and ended tied fifteenth. Sharing Widget |
