Encoded using the time consuming 2 pass, at my higher bitrates, 10bit Color, from the Blu-ray source, for the highest quality possible.

*Battlestar Galactica, is shot very grainy, and even on the Blu-ray does not have much detail or sharpness.

I am redoing Battlestar Galatica, with slightly higher bitrates 1200 (instead of 900) and 10 bit.

But, just like The Walking Dead, it's grainy shit, and users all bitch at me about it not being sharp and clear.

Interestingly, the Joy encodes have more detail in the backgrounds and shadows in some scenes than the source. Check out Shots 2 & 3.
