Een jonge natuurfotografe komt aan op de luchthaven van New York.
Ze is geïnfecteerd met het uiterst besmettelijke "lupine virus", waardoor ze plots in een weerwolf verandert.
Er breekt paniek uit en al snel blijkt dat al haar gemaakte slachtoffers ook in weerwolven veranderen.
Het leger plaatst alle besmette burgers in quarantaine,terwijl enkele specialisten op zoek gaan naar een geschikte antistof.


A werewolf virus is unleashed upon New York and in the meantime Major Hoffman looks
for a cure while Lt. General Monning wants to establish a new canine army.
