It's day three aboard the cruise ship Britannia and the Battlechefs arrive in the Spanish port of Cadiz for their toughest challenge yet. The boys taste the local sherry whilst the girls explore the famous fish market. Back on ship and Judge Marco Pierre White chooses one of them to be Head Chef, as they compete to cook dinner for the Captain and his VIP guests.
