Al jaren worden er over de hele wereld ufo s waargenomen en gedocumenteerd:
Buenos Aires, Seoul, Frankrijk, Duitsland, China. Maar in 2011 worden die
vage waarnemingen keiharde werkelijkheid wanneer de aarde wordt aangevallen
door onbekende krachten. Terwijl overal ter wereld grote steden worden verwoest,
houdt alleen Los Angeles nog stand in een strijd die nooit voor mogelijk werd gehouden.
Een sergeant van de Marine (Aaron Eckhart) en zijn nieuwe peloton moeten een halt zien
toe te roepen aan een vijand die alles overtreft waar ze ooit tegen hebben gestreden.




Storyline

A recently discharged Staff Sergeant goes back into the line of duty in order
to assist a 2nd Lieutenant and his platoon as they fight to reclaim the city of
Los Angeles from alien invaders.
All years are the world's UFOs observed and documented:
Buenos Aires, Seoul, France, Germany, China. But in 2011, which
vague perceptions hard reality when the earth is attacked
by unknown forces. While major cities around the world are destroyed,
Los Angeles still does stand alone in a fight that never thought possible.
A Marine sergeant (Aaron Eckhart) and his new platoon should stop seeing
to call for an enemy that surpasses everything that they once fought against.
