When Taylor investigates a mysterious sighting in their northern perimeter he sees that enemy forces are encircling the city. The human’s are quickly running out of ways to flee from the death trap.
New advancements in technology could change the course of the war, if they can survive long enough to get the weapons onto the front line. The combined allied forces continue to be driven back, but Major Taylor learns of an even greater threat. The aliens are developing a weapon which could bring destruction to the human race overnight. Only one hope remains for the planet. A daring mission nobody could hope to survive.

Reinforcements from across the world have brought the battle in Germany to a bitter standstill. On Earth, Major Taylor learns that Captain Friday may still be alive, but held a prisoner. He hatches a bold plan to rescue him, but Taylor directly contravenes his orders and is arrested. Imprisoned and facing court martial, Mitch Taylor is helpless as the war rages outside his prison walls.
With the Earth forces overrun and in full retreat, Mitch has no option but to escape and confront Karadag once more before the planet is lost. Still carrying the mental scars from his first encounter with the brutal enemy leader, he must succeed for the fate of the human race.

When the orbital weapon systems built to defend Earth are turned on its inhabitants, Taylor knows there is no longer room for negotiation. EA cities and their allies now stand on brink of destruction and the harrowing question still remains, where is the alien leader Erdogan and what will his next move be?
