To use extract using Winzip or any other program like it. Open the Trainer, then open the game and press the keys for the corresponding cheat/hack you want. I've tested this out myself and it does work.

HOME = ACTIVATE CHEATS
F1 = SUPER HEALTH
F2 = SET MAX CURRENT EXPERIENCE
F3 = SET UPGRADE POINTS
F4 = SUPER SPEED
F5 = BULLET TIME
