Worked for me. My instructions:

1. Download Trial of BarTender 2 from website (newest version)
2. Open CORE Patch Utility and press Generate
3. Enter desired registration name in CORE Utility, press Patch.
4. Locate BarTender 2 app, and press Open.

If you just press Patch, the registration name will be "symmetry // CORE", and it will still work.

those of you having problems : what version of os x are you running? its worked for me on both on yosemite and again when i upgraded to el capitan.

Yeah this says: ‘needs to update system file’ and then asked for password. After password, it continues to loop repeatedly. Never installed the two files needed to run. Must download trial, then crack.

Okay, tried this and it worked. Download the trial from the actual website, install, run and install the helper, then patch, then authorize.

Finally a copy of Bartender 2 with a KeyGen rather than the pre-kracked versions which revert to expired trials.
