There are two truly great tracks on this album: "Eloise" and "Kitsch". Either would be worth the price, and both are available on "Singles", also offered at a much lower price by Amazon. A third track, "The colour of my love", is not too bad. Others you may like (since tastes differ) but for my ... bucks the two mentioned above are essential. "Eloise" went to #2 in England and #86 in the US -- it should have gone to #1 in both cases. A dramatic love song of the most extraordinary power and originality, orchestral pop of the very finest (but without being schmaltzy), it is only matched, nearly, by "Kitsch". Here the strings are positively Wagnerian, as is the Valkyrie-like choir that sweeps up behind Barry's empassioned vocals.
