Meet 17-year-old Alonzo, and his 18-year-old road dog Cuzzo. The story begins with these Motown thugs handcuffed and hogtied by the police in a plush crib that’s located on the west side of Detroit. Their eyes show a small hint of fear as they watch the Po-Po’s tear thru the spot like a tornado. It was easy for them to find all of their drugs; The Bankroll Boys had just copped that shit, and hadn’t had time to put it in their stash spots. Did a nigga bring a sucka to tha’ spot? Were we followed? Was my man late payin’ dues? Impossible, we all know better.” Alonzo and his guy Cuzzo had been trained to be top notch hustlers by a group of battle and game tested O.G.’s, so they were supposed to thrive and survive the struggle.

Five men trained these youngsters all they knew about the game. These five ole school D-boys wear success and longevity in the hustling life as a badge of honor. The leader of these gangsters is none other than Alonzo’s father King Bennie Bankroll, aka KBB. Having around 25 years of successfully stacking chips, KBB knows the dope game ain’t like it was when him and his guys came up. Since his son Alonzo was so dead set on being a dope boy; KBB felt as if it was his duty to school him on how to survive in this jungle, out do his competition, and avoid the penitentiary. Helping KBB with this rare task: his main man Nite-Nite; the ever so slick traffic king Rick Routes; a smooth talking, pretty boy playa Da’Ron tha’ MegaDon; and the hot headed, quick to snap Pookie.

On their last day of school of the semester, these two 11th graders join KBB and Nite-Nite in an Escalade. Before they embark on this unique level of teaching, KBB blindfolds the young thugs and poses a couple questions to them: who and why are you getting in the game? As they ride, you will learn why it is so important to both Alonzo and Cuzzo’s to be the bosses they believe they are destined to be; and also see why King Bennie Bankroll and his crew are qualified to teach any mufucka anything it is to learn about the dope game.
