Encoded from PAL DVD iso files here on KAT. I used DVD Shrink, MakeMKV, StaxRip and Avisynth+; x.265 profile Main10 Quality 18 preset medium, Tdeint, RemoveGrain, AssumeFPS(24000, 1001) and reverse PAL Speedup on the audio (which is still 5.1). This puts the audio pitch back where it should be and people sound better, especially Garibaldi. I did get the subtitle tracks in there but the subtitles are at the 25FPS rate so one needs to adjust them down in the player by .9584 FPS.
