REMOVE OLD VERSION PRO TOOLS & CLEAN THE REGISTRY USING CCLEANER (ETC)

1- Download Pro Tools HD 10.3.5 From Official AVID website: http://cdn.avid.com/ProTools/10.3.5/Pro_Tools_10.3.5_Win.zip

2- Unpack and install, keeping the default options and restart.

3- Run the BETA PATCH 7 (TEAM VR)

4- Run KillerBugs v2 according to your version of Windows (32 or 64 bits)

(For Windows 8- Go to the installation folder of Pro Tools (Pro Tools Installer/ISSetupPrerequisites)
search and install the Avid Core Runtime files, Avid HD Driver x64 and x64 DigiDriver. Note: These files are hidden,
you need to enable Windows Explorer to view hidden files …)

everything going good but when i close the pro tools it's show me a warning - Could not complete the exit command because access violation occurred unable to read location : 0x00000000
when i move track and add a track same thing appear but i ignore this ...... it's works no problem ..... but i cant close the daw ..... every time i close the daw from the task manager ...... \n
please help me how to fix this ....plz

Uninstall Pro Tools if you have the previous version of Pro Tools, uninstall Pace Ilok Driver, Delete all Files & Registry related to Avid program & PACE Ilok, use Ccleaner then install from scratch. Hope it help
