Both are a collection of test tones and system 'demag' frequencies that may benefit your system if you run them every now and again. The Densen in particular is reputed to be particularly effective. Somewhere I have the PAD burn in disk too, but cannot seem to find it at this time. The Sheffield/XLO disk also has a collection of very well recorded music which alone may be worth the download.
