NOTE:

If this is your first time installing Perfectly Clear you must first download and install v2.0.3 using

the provided torrent file. (it includes v2.0.0.28) just read the instructions very carefully. After that

install this new version...v2.1.0 over v2.0.3 without an internet connection. DONE!!!



For those who already have v.2.0.0.28 or v2.0.3 installed and activated...just download only the setup

(Perfectly_Clear_Complete_v2.1.0.exe) and install it over (cut-off internet connection) DONE.



It wont overwrite v2.0.3 but instead it install separately. DO NOT UNINSTALL v2.0.3.
