i tried all the cracks and the result is same, it crashes everytime i launch the game, sometimes it will crash after menu screen and sometimes it crash in the beginning only at the ubisoft logo, please help me, it's working in my old pc but not in new one. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it don't, i don't know what to do, i tried every crack which are uploaded by different users, still no fix, in my old computer it's working, but i can't play cause it's too laggy, and i know it would work perfectly in my laptop but it's crashing. PLEASE HELP ME....
