1. Go to the "ALI213.ini" file in the installation folder.
2. Remove the ; (semi-colon sign) from in-front of the language you want to select.
(Example > ;Language=English).
3. Place a ; (semi-colon sign) in-front of "Language=Russian".
4. Save the file.
