be careful while installing because you must choose english 2 times

For those trying to get english language, should be an ini filetext file to change go into it and delete thepart that says russian and type in englishand save if wantsave then change the properties and allow settings so u can edit it.. that simple

There is no INI file to change the language for the game. The INI file should be steam_API.ini and it does not exist. I looked through all the INI files and the options inside the game itself. Its stuck on Russian.
