Thanks. I found enabling volumetric fog in the game options to have fixed the problem.

To those having major graphics glitches at any point in the game during or close to any naval fort, just enable the volumetric fog from the in-game options and that should address the problem.

How do you effectively import a saved file from the RELOADED release of the game into this repack once installed?

In other words, the DLCs will be unlocked soon after you make a saved file with the game. The second time you run the game, the DLCs will have been unlocked.
