You don't need below method anymore as there are cracks out there.
Nevertheless this could be useful for someone some day for a Ubisoft game
Install Instructions

Install the game with setup.exe
Run uplay from desktop shortcut or at C:Program Files (x86)UbisoftUbisoft Game Launcher
Create a account and login (select "Remember me" before "Log in")
Let it update.
In settings select "Always start uplay in offline mode"




Then close uplay window.
Now head to C:Program Files (x86)UbisoftUbisoft Game Launcher. Keep a backup of original uplay.exe. Rename uplay_cracked.exe to uplay.exe
Start game by running AC3SP.exe. Wait a moment uplay window will appear.



Click on "GO Online Now"



Just Hit "OK"



Bingo! you are done. Close uplay.

Run AC3SP.exe again



Time to play ;)
Always play on offline mode
