The problem that might arise is the fuel bar will always be low. Since many other players will be playing with same credentials or whatever. is that the case with this also?
I had this issue with a similar kind of download from another site so i uninstalled it. it would not connect to multiplayer and the fuel bar would always be very low. If i select to fill fuel using the coins, it doesnt happen it just shows the loader icon with please wait text and nothing further happens.

Please clarify if there is same issue with this upload also

It is probably just your phone, because some phones process apps differently. It sounds like processing glitch.
