The file was encoded using the x265 encoder with the HEVC (H.265) video codec so you cannot play the video in WMP or itunes unless you install a codec pack.
To play the file correctly you can use the latest VLC media player which you can get from : http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
Alternatively, you can install a codec pack on your PC and then play the video from WMP or any other player. Here are a few codec packs:
K lite Mega: http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm
CCCP: http://www.cccp-project.net/
P.S: The x265 videos consume more CPU and RAM than regular h.264 videos. If enough CPU power and RAM aren't available, the video starts to lag and the audio and video get out of sync.
The videos work on even phones but the CPU isn't powerful enough to decode it consistently and so the lags and stutters.
