Credit goes to the actual editor of the video, morphinapg. (Don't know his real name and I'm sure he wants to be anonymous). There are numerous web sites that talk about his effort. (To reorganize S4 in a more chronological way). he did a great job.

The original files were 1080p MKVs which wouldn't play on my Roku or on my laptop, so I down-converted them to 540p MP4 files using the MKVConverter software.
