"Make something"..? Really? I'm going to assume that the problem you experienced was with you and not the torrent/serial, but just in case…have you considered downloading a different torrent for Aperture? There are newer/updated versions that've been uploaded recently..

No…entering the serial is what activates the app/allows you to bypass the trial.
