These are some of my favorite mac apps that I have. Reading the readme gives you everything you need to use the apps.

Droplr - Easiest way to take files and put them on the web

Keka - Premier archiving software
MacLoc - Lock your mac, takes you to the login screen
MacLoc ME - Menu edition, displays an icon in the menu bar
MacPilot - One of the many customization apps available for Mac
proXPN - Free VPN!
Songbird - Better music manager than iTunes, will sync with almost any device thrown at it
TextWrangler - Coder's wet dream
The Unarchiver - Will decompress almost any archive given to it
Things - Task management
Tofu - Read documents in easy to read columns, like a newspaper (goes well with Bean)
Transmission - The best torrent app for Mac OS X
Zooom2 - Easy window movement/alignment
