This is EVERY SINGLE ITEM (sets, hairstyles, objects, clothes, patterns, cars,)from the EA store, as of December 10, 2009, and a few other items made made by other Sims fans. The only thing not included is the Create-a-World program which will be released for free by EA sometime today (December 10, 2009). Works for Mac and PC, although instructions included differ for Mac, as they are for PC.
