The Airborne Toxic Event burst onto the UK scene in 2008 on the back of their massive, single 'Sometime Around Midnight.' Their independent-released, self-titled debut album hit the Top 20 as a result and they went even further by selling out Shepherd's Bush Empire – the culmination of a spectacular run of UK shows where they played 30 shows in 30 nights.This debut has won them a legion of devotees, all of whom have been eagerly anticipating the band's return.

And now in 2011 The Airborne Toxic Event are back with a brand new album of eleven songs, each one hook laden and a master class in tousled, widescreen rock. The band see these songs as chapters to a bigger book and whilst their eponymous debut literally started life as a novel, this, their second offering is a much more episodic affair. Whilst their first record was the book of break-ups, the themes of All At Once take a much more multi-faceted stance. As the album title suggests the arc of the record centres around the idea that life changes All At Once.
