TRAMA:

Daniel "Dan" Trunkman è sposato con Susan e ha due figli: il più grande si chiama Paul e a scuola soffre di bullismo, e la figlia si chiama Bess. Egli è anche un solerte imprenditore ma un giorno viene licenziato da Chuck Portnoy, CEO della Dynamic Systems in cui lavorava. Senza troppi problemi Dan decide di formare un nuovo team con altri due soci: Timothy McWinters, un signore anziano e prossimo al pensionamento e Mike Pancake, un giovane alle prime armi e un po' ignorante. Dopo circa un anno, per concludere l'affare della loro vita, i tre decidono di andare dapprima a Portland dove incontrano l'investitore Jim Spinch e un vecchio amico Bill Whilmsley; di seguito in Europa, più precisamente in Germania, per stringere definitivamente "la mano". Ma per concludere un contratto, i tre avranno alcuni divertenti imprevisti, ritrovandosi alla fine contro i loro ex colleghi, Chuck Portnoy e Jim Spinch.

STORYLINE:

A hard-working small business owner (Vince Vaughn) and his two associates (Tom Wilkinson, Dave Franco) travel to Europe to close the most important deal of their lives. But what began as a routine business trip goes off the rails in every imaginable - and unimaginable - way, including unplanned stops at a massive sex fetish event and a global economic summit.
