ADVENTURES IN PARADISE (1959)

Adventures in Paradise featured Gardner McKay as Adam Troy, the captain of a freelance schooner called the Tiki. Troy was a Korean War veteran who found adventure across the South Pacific that ranged from Hong Kong to Pitcairn Island. His original partner was Chinese-American Oliver Lee (Weaver Levy). The show was created and sold to television by James A. Michener.



2. The Black Pearl 10/12/1959

A native diver discovers a rare black pearl. The find causes a great deal of excitement among the passengers on Adam's schooner.
