This .mkv file isn't "bad". It has x265 video stream, and an AAC-LC audio stream.
It plays nicely (as always from rmteam) in PotPlayer video/audio player (best "swiss knife" player with good looks, IMHO).
Remember, not all software/hardware players are compatible with the HEVC (x265) video streams.

To rmteam: thanks for full freq AAC-LC instead of HE one, and for CRF instead of AVG/VAR bitrate. ^_^
