You don't have that option under Create menu and even no options under Share menu. To me the same. I think becose the application is blocked through your hosts file or firewall.

Yes i got it but to me it's also not working. I'll try to figure out what causes the problem.

I watched on YouTube how it works in elements 13 but it does not work. The app won't start. Also through the editor, there's no option and it should be.

After the installation, it gives me the following error:

Adobe Application Manager, which is required to run the product is missing or corrupt.

Start from scratch.

1. Uninstall "Adobe Application Manager"
2. Uninstall "Adobe Photoshop Elements 13.0"

3. Remove all the files from the following locations:

C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesAdobeSLCache
C:ProgramDataAdobeSLStore
C:ProgramDataregid.1986-12.com.adobe

4. Clean up the mess with Tuneup, CCleaner or another product

5. Browse to:

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773

6. Download and install "Adobe Application Manager"

7. Re-install "Adobe Photoshop Elements 13.0" and follow the rules from ChingLiu.

8. It's working
