Only need to do this to the en_US folder.

To change language to English in Adobe Photoshop CS6 go to your software folder, that you should find in a path similar to this:
C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)Localesit_ITSupport Files\n
Or this:\n
C:Program Files (x86)AdobeAdobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)Localesit_ITSupport Files\n
Then change the extension of the file tw10428.DAT to tw10428.BAK\n
Finished. Do all of this with Photoshop closed. When you change the extension to ".bak", open Photoshop and now it should be in English. It works for me. Have fun!
