1. unpack
2. install will start automatically (if not either run "autostart.exe" or "set-up.exe")
3.1. select trial and select language (english USA or GB) (internet connection should be disconnected or adobe blocked in hosts file)
3.2. enter serial and select language (when entering a serial, you will be asked to register with Adobe-ID, select skip step)
4. on the selection menu, uncheck everything except for Photoshop (x86 and x64 included)
5. install, when the installer asks for "CS5 Master Coll2", mount the second ISO
PS CS5 can be installed as 30 day trial version, the serial can be entered at any point.

general info:
The Photoshop installer is based on the Creative Suite 5 Master Collection installer as there is no Photoshop CS5 installer yet,
this requires 2 ISO's for installation as the Photoshop files are on DVD2 and have the same filenames as the Photoshop files on DVD1
No files have been modified, all files in the ISO's are identical to the original Files, however all other Adobe Products have been removed from the ISO's.
Troubleshooting:
~~installer asks for "CS5 Master Coll1"~~
abort the setup and repeat it, this time make sure you unchecked literally everything except for PS
(the "sub" checkboxes for extension manager, air and so on can stay, these files are all included)
if you are certain you only checked Photoshop install and it still asks for CS5 Master Coll1
make sure you have the latest flash player installed (get.adobe.com/flash)
