Found this at the Goodwill after many years of searching. Since you can't find it anywhere else on the internet (Aside from a French version), I'm uploading it for all to enjoy.

Instructions

1. Mount disc 1 to virtual drive
2. Install
3. Mount disc 2 to second virtual drive
4. Play!

Tested and working on Windows 7 32-bit out of the box. Not sure about Windows 8, though.
